Integrated Marketing Manager, Surabaya
Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and manage communication campaigns that integrate advertising, public relations, sales promotion, digital and social marketing disciplines to deliver consistent messages across all media.
A manager, integrated marketing is an expert who develops and executes effective marketing programs that help to create awareness and help promote the company. Your responsibilities include creating advertisements, attending trade shows, preparing and developing presentations for customers, and tracking budgets. You are also to monitor the success of marketing campaigns, build trust with clients, and maintain a very good relationship with major stakeholders in the company. A manager, integrated marketing is also tasked with promoting uniformity and effectiveness of the brand. Also, you will need to regularly communicate with key stakeholders and inform them of developments, campaigns, and other activities of the company.
Skills for Integrated Marketing Career
Integrated marketing professionals combine analytic and communication skills with excellent understanding of the full range of marketing techniques. They must possess solid teamwork skills as they may be working with specialists from each of the marketing disciplines. Project management skills are essential for integrated marketing communications jobs since these professionals must coordinate the work of a wide range of different internal and external suppliers.
Integrated Marketing Experience Requirements:
To develop the knowledge and skills to manage integrated campaigns, marketing professionals must have experience in a related role, such as advertising, public relations, marketing management or marketing communications. They must have practical experience of developing successful campaigns across a wide range of disciplines, including print, broadcast and digital advertising, direct marketing, public relations, sales promotion, event management, channel development and relationship marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Lead and develop integrated marketing strategies, programs, and activities to drive business results
• Architect and execute go-to-market strategies for new products/features
• Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns to generate high market impact
• Lead product launch planning and message creation by working with key
stakeholders including outside agencies as needed
• Lead the development of customer-facing materials and provide sales channel with relevant tools
• Analyze integrated marketing performance, measure & communicate results and drive continuous improvement
• Understand and articulate the key brand message for product lines
• Serve as company brand steward by planning and executing strategies designed to
strengthen company brand position and increase sales of products and services
• Lead the effort to gather segment-specific market intelligence on products, customers, or competitors
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in line with product management objectives
• Steer and coordinate the execution of cross-functional projects involving Product
Management, Global Education, and Digital Customer Experience teams, as appropriate
• Foster collaborative, integrated working relationships across key stakeholders to jointly achieve business strategy and growth
• Lead the strategic planning process, developing Integrated Marketing strategies, and priorities
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 8 years of marketing experience
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Experience in B2C marketing of a technical product portfolio a plus
