A large group of companies that owns several 4-5 star hotels across Indonesia, is currently seeking for:

 

Director, Corporate Hotel Management

based in Jakarta, frequent travels across Indonesia

Reports to the Group CEO

Managing several General Managers of Hotels

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Works closely with hotel/resort management, management company representatives, and ownership to develop, implement, and measure programs that drive revenue, loyalty, and service. This position will promote a culture committed to delivering the best experience in all operations.



POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Act as primary contact for hotel management regarding brand expectations, standards, etc.
  • Maintain frequent communication with hotel management and management company representatives
  • Work with hotel management to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that impact the guest experience
  • Monitor brand standard compliance and reports back any deficiencies and action plans to remedy
  • Collaborate with hospitality and property revenue management teams to identify and maximize revenue property opportunities
  • Coordinate awareness and support brand initiatives, trainings, and tools
  • Consult with hotel management on all aspects of operations to support revenue and guest service goals
  • Represent the brand in various hotel management company and ownership group meetings
  • Provide training and guidance to newly hired General Managers and other Executive Committee members
  • Maintain and retain confidential information regarding the Company, vendors, and guests
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the company’s venues, products and happenings
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures



 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         Minimum Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 5 years of senior level corporate hotels management experience with multiple location responsibilities.
  • Minimum 10 years of hotel's sales, marketing and operations senior management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong collaborating and influencing skills and ability to interact professionally with other departments
  • Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
